The Prime Directive

The Prime Directive is a padd and paper based magazine published monthly by the Devu Sun Times in conjunction with the Civilian Literary Society and Civilian Recreation Services on Starbase Horizon. It began in February of 2408 and is a community magazine offering literary reviews, community events and features a showcase of local shops and restaurants both on Starbase Horizon and on Devu II.
