Rear Admiral Sarah Riley is the newly appointed Starfleet Flag Officer for the Delta Quadrant. She is in charge of overseeing all Starfleet and Federation personnel in the sector and works with Brigadier General John Henry Bearkiller, the Marine Corps Flag Officer in the Delta Quadrant, and Tireachan "Terry" Patrick Riley VI, Federation Council Undersecretary for the Delta Quadrant.
