I'm sure this has already been resolved, but shouldn't it be the person who designed the station who is correct? This is a bizarre analogy, but just because, say, Captain Kirk reckons there should be a basketball court on the bridge, that doesn't make it so.

But I suppose whoever's specs are on Horizon's site are the ones that should be used, whoever's they are, since they've been up for a while as far as I can tell.

Anyway, that's just what I think… *cowers from possible basketball attack*

Marney put up Horizon's specs (he's the CO). Becky changed them (she designed the station). Marney changed it back (he IS the CO).

So who's vision of Horizon is correct? And how do we decide this type of issue in the future?

Well, I already gave it some thought, and I already started a page the other day. It's listed under News Archives on the main page. I think it's an important part of the BL experience. Feel free to change it up as needed.

Hey folks- intrepid council chair Dave Church here, putting some stuff out there for your consideration (I'll have Forrest's bio done eventually… really).

I'm looking at creating an informational page for the Captain's Log, and possibly using it as a scheduling mechanism, so that people know when we record, who's been on, who we're having as guests, maybe even solicit feedback as to who people want to be as guests.

My first problem: I'm not really sure where I'd put it. Is that something we'd link off the main page, or is there a sub-category that might fit under? And as it's more RL information than Trek/BL canon, is that even something we should have on this?

Starfleet generally does a poor job of keeping things quiet, even military weapons secrets. Even if they tried, however, the Warchief (stolen from Starfleet to become the original Cromwell) carried Starfleet secrets, so the DFA would have them too.

Probably not a very big deal, but I read over the Heimdall Class specs, its carrying Transphasic and Chroniton torpedoes, would have thought Starfleet would keep the Transphasic ones a guarded secret, not sure about the Chroniton ones, but I guess Voyager brought some specs home.

And the Phoenix Torpedoes… what are they?

I'm sure having a blast writing content for it. And I agree with Tom. Let's make sure everyone knows about it so that we can get stuff on there.

Personally, I'd hate to see a good idea go to waste because we spend too much time on semantics and logistics when we could be creating content.

That's the great thing about it, we can always change it later.

I'm having fun creating content for the wiki. This is as good a place as any for suggestions about the Borderlands wiki.

One suggestion I have is to make sure your crews know about the wiki. The more people creating and editing content, the more fun we'll have here.
